Hi All,

I need to create four pages in SmartForms out of which last two pages should have a red bar of 1cm (more or less) on both the sides of vertical edges.Points will be awarded for useful answers.

Hi,

you can use Graphic to display vertical lines. Upload a Red Vertical line picture using 'SE78'. and then use this in your smartform by Adding a Graphic node.

Create secondary windows that covers the length of the window and in the output options of the window select the shading color u need.

Sorry i have written length of window but that is page. Two windows on both sides. Small correction.

Hi Sunanda,

Create two secondary windows which run through the vertical lenght of the last two pages and with the required widht(1 cm). Then go to the OUTPUT OPTIONS of these two windows and use RED colour in the SHADING option.

Then in the SMART STYLE create a paragraph format whose font color is also RED.

Then in the two windows create two dummy TEXTs and write some thing(like "RED") and assign the newly created paragraph format, "which is created in the above step", to this text .

This will reduce the process of uploading a red strip graphic into the system and also transporting.

This will solve your problem...
