how to draw heading tab background color in smart-forms in a single window? example : above image is having one window, two headings with background color.

Both in TEMPLATE and TABLE style nodes you can add shading to the line type you're using. For a table, that would of course indicate that you'd need 2 different line-types. One for the heading (with shading) and one for the body of the table (without).

Note: if the lines appear to small in the 'Table Painter'-tab then there is a zoom function to make it somewhat easier to select the different cells of your line-type.
