Hello,
Subject: Smartforms - table output
i have a table with three different line types for the main area (i print out one position item within three different line types). How can i prevent a page break within these three line types, because they need to print out together. If all three line types togehter don't fit on the current page, only then a page break should take place.
Thanks for any help
Christian

Hi Christian,
Try creating a folder and having these three lines inside thie folder. Then if you set the page protection for the folder it will make sure that the page break happens if there is not enough space to print the whole folder.

Hello Christian,
I guess you use switch 'page protection' in output options. By standard that extends only to a single line type of a table node.
Did you try to assign a new folder for your three line types? Then you are able to check this folder as protected.

Hi,
(Don't know if I should make a new topic or not, If that's the case, just let me know)
I have the exact same problem as Christian, and when I try Vani's solution it works perfectly in ERP 2004.
However, I have to make this work in release 4.6C and the problem is that the when I try the same approach, the "page protection" option for the folder is gray.
If anyone has a solution to this problem, I would very much appreciate it.
Thanks and best regards
