for customizing the standard smartform , first thing you need to do is copy the smartform into a z one.
to do this go to smartforms t code-> give in the standard form name LE_SHP_DELNOTE and in the menu bar go with copy ,now in the target form name give a name starting with Z / Y.
second thing is to change the standard form name in the nace transaction.
to do this, go with NACE -> click on V2 and click on the button Output types -> you will se another screen display view output types Overview, in the right hand side select LD00( this is the output type for delivery note ),select that and click on processing routines.
now change the smartform name from LE_SHP_DELNOTE to Zxxxxx whichever name you give.
Driver program may be the same one if you are not adding any more data to the standard one, if not then then you need to change that driver program name also in the nace transaction.
