I execute RSCPSETEDITOR but Line Editor not execute when I edit text in smartforms.
Please tell me how to deacrivate Word in smartforms.

Did you only executed RSCPSETEDITOR, or did you also checked checkbox in there and activated?
And did you read [i] Info box in this report, pointing to read SAP Note 742662?
