Smartforms(attachments and spooling)

Hi gurus

I am still learning on how to use smartforms and have a number of questions.Can somebody assist me on how i can add attachments to smartforms as well as how to reduce size of a report.On my side am managing to print on one page  but when the user prints some information spills to next page.I am working on a maintanance order smartform in Plant maintanance (PM ),on clicking print it first passes through spool then sends to the printer,my client wants a situation whereby on click of a button job is sent direct to printer without spooling.

Hi Rejoice,

Spool would be created due to control parameter settings being used while printing the smartform. Check if you are setting the field GETOTF as 'X' while passing this to smartform.

The following are my settings in config.In my program i cant see GETOTF.
