Hi experts

I had cerated a page format for smartform.and when i am going to print the smartform the error occurs that 'Device type SWIN does not support page format ZD10X6 '. Can anybody tell me why it is happening?

HI,

I had faced the same SWIN problem ....

This problem is related to BASIS...

ask ur BASIS team to check .....somw where they wil be maintaning the page formats... in that they need to add this..

Hi,

Well, as it's urgent......

In transaction SPAD you need to associate the page type with the device type. Click on 'Full admin' then Device types tab. Display device type SWIN and click on formats. Here you can add the page format.

i had done all steps. but at the time of adding format when i entered my format name then error comes that ZD10X6 does not exist.

what should i do now?

Hi,

You may also need to create a Format type, this is in the smae place in SPAD.

Hi

Go to Transaction SPAD.

goto full administration

tere goto format types

assign your format to format types

after that assign you format type to device type SWIN.
