Smartform to PDF Unicode Arabic Problem

I am trying to export my smartform to pdf.

but the arabic characters apper as follows

Hi Ahmed,

Which language code you've entered on logon screen?

I had similar problem with Japanese characters, when I logged in with Japanese language, it got solved.

Please try logon with Arabic, it might help!

Your smartforms to PDF is downloading in you local system,

Kindly check the below setting on your adobe - > Edit - > Preference (Menu),

I have checked the adobe preference but unfortunately it not the source of the problem

Thanks for your reply.

Unfortunately it is not related to the login language, i login with arabic language ... i also pass the language parameter to the smartform function

I have searched and i found that it is related to the Unicode but i don know how to fix this issue

Hi Ahmed,

I think it has to do something with the editor or the fonts.

There shouldn't be any problem if you're using the Word Editor.

Because, I've handled a couple of Asian languages in smartforms, and they had appeared properly.

Switch to the word editor and check if it's something to do with that.
