Whenever am trying to open the smartform text editor am getting the error message. Attached the error screen shot.

Probably it's MS Word that is busy. Did you apply solutions referred in the forum, especially the note mentioned in one answer?

Hi Suresh,

This is basis memory issue. Show them the error and they will resolve it. Try to reinstall SAP GUI first before going to basis. But usually basis team can help you in clearing the memory.
