smartform template design issue

Hi guys,

               I design a template but the issues the outer and inner lines of the template are not printing in the form.

I am getting just text output with out the box and lines.

I pressed the outer frame and inner frame buttons in the template. but still its not working..!

Hi,

    First press one frame and immediately save the form, next click another frame and then save the form again , and finally activate the form.

Hello Sam,

One doubt. did you get the box outlines in print preview? If not, try bordering the boxes separately using Left Frame, Right Frame, Lower Frame and Upper Frame. Sometimes if you select all boxes and try bordering them by using Inner Frame or Outer Frame, it doesn't work as per our requirement. And please check in Print preview once after doing this.

Choosing select pattern button on the template will draw boxes and lines.

Hi can you please share how you solved this error because I am also getting line out of frame in printing but not getting in print preview .
