Smartform Printing

Hi,

  I have developed one program with smartform.My output is coming in two pages.when printer prints first page ,after 4 lines(in paper) it is printing ,then when printer LPSON prints second page ,it is printing from after 10 lines(in paper).Here I want to print second page also after 4th  lines which is similar first page.

Note:Printer Name LPSON Dot matrix small printer.

For this issue,can some body give tips for this,please?

Hello Jaheer,

Adjust your window height as per your requirement. I hope it works.

For example your window upper margin is 10cm then make it 5cm. hope it works fine.

Hi Jaheer,

Create and assign correct pageformat.

If you are getting the proper preview in screen, ask BASIS for support to check SPAD, whether correct device type assigned in output device. Create Format type and print controls. Assign the format type to your device type.

Dot matrix printers can be tricky. You might have to work with the printer commands through trial and error to get this right.

This old blog could be helpful. Get help from a Basis admin if you get stuck or don't have access.
