Smartform Printing Problem

Hi All

i had designed a smartform by using templates. and my form is printing good for the laser printer. but when i am giving it to DOTmatrix i am getting some problem i.e. some lines are missing. the data is printing correctly

I suppose that since data is being printed correctly the other things (graphics et al) would be of very high resolution for the Dot-Matrix printer since here you do not have an option of storing information in the printer memory too.

Altough you can check with your Basis consultant to verify the configuration of the printer.

Normally we can change printing configuration simply in laser print.. but its not in dot matrix printer. so u have to change ur setting using smartfom layout.

so go to smartforms and change the layout setting( space , alinement's..ect)
