smartform internal error

Hi,

I am getting an internal error as given below when i run my pgm in quality server.

Internal error (RC = 1, FORM = SFP_DESIGN_START, NR = 2)

Message no. SMARTFORMS001

I have transported the print pgm and the smartform to quality server.

Can anyone tell me how to resolve this issue?

This is from SAP help:

Check No units are entered in the form for the window measurements of a window or the unit of a window measurement is deleted whilst the Form Painter is activated.

The case where no units are entered for the window measurements was not caught in the program.

You must check your window settings including layout again carefully.

for Normal SAP security we have SAP System QAT has status 'not modifiable' .

so we can't Avtivate smartform in QAT.Though we have already transport Smartform in activated mode from DEV to QAT.even it's not needed to reactivate in QAT

but yes we can only generate smartform in QAT but it's a entirly different from activation.

Please correct me if am wrong.

Hi Gentle man,

Basically this kind of error arises due to overlaping of windows on pages.

First check all the windows are placed correct.

you please check all the windows are placed in the pages correctly.
