Hi I have a A4 Size of pdf form
is it possible to put the A4 size form of pdf to Smartform background image i tried to add a graphics .bmp but i can't adjust the height and width of the image.

You have to play with DPI resolution to have the graphic fit the size of your page

If it's a static background image, you can simply increase its size and upload it in SE78.
