Smartform activation

Hi Experts,

I have a standard smartform.

When i copeid that to zform and activared,it is activating immediately.But after copying to zform if i do a small change like changing the logo or changing some text then it is giving time out error.If the basis people increases the exicution time then it works fine.

But why it is taking so much time to activate? It is taking nearly 20 minutes just to activate after doing some very minor changes.

Can any body have any idea how to resolve this..
