smart forms triggering

I have a requirement that the smartforms which I am customizing should be triggered automatically without having a selection screen. If i want to terminate a employee , my smart form should automatically get generated without giving the pernr or emp grp in the selection screen???I want to trigger the smart form automatically for the respective action???I hope u got my question??

Addition to this I need some more info.......If I give a pernr in pa30 screen and execute it that particular pernr along with emp details should be automatically populated in the smart form without setting a selection screen.Reply ASAP....

You can use an user exit or badi for the same.

call the smartform inside that user exit.
