smart form

Hi all,

i want to modify standard smart form for transaaction recpa520(invoice correspondance).i am finding its corresponding activities in transaction recpze.by pressing assighn recipients forms on corresponding corresponce activity i am able to find the form name(smart form).i copied that smart form in to zsmartform and i modified it.i attached this modified smart form program name in recpze.we i see print preview in recpa520 its showinnig error in output type.

can any body help me in this regard.

Venkat,

Output type assignment is the job of Functional Consultant.So,contact your functional consultant.For invoice the output types will be like RD01 RD00 etc,check with your Fn Consultant.

If any doubts revert.

Please go to the output types for smartforms or script using T.code NACE ,

Tnere you can go throught output types for your module .....

it will show you the Current smart forms used by the standard program..... from there you can change the smart form of your which z smartform . save it ...

now try to execute it
