Single Click Event in Module Pool Text Editor

Hi,

I have a requirement in a module pool program, in a text editor with tree structure( In the left side list of text ids, and the right side to enter the text ) if the user wants to see the entered text in any of the text id. he has to dobule click and see the text, now my requirement is instead of double click he wants to see the text in a single click itself.

I am using the class 'cl_gui_simple_tree' and the event ' node_double_click' as of now.

If some has done it before... please help me how to do this...
