when i am Executing a program.. it is giving Short Dump.

how can i Solve this Dump.how to i ANALYZE the program

any steps are there to solve this dump problem???

hi,

Goto ST05.SQL Trace.

Then Trace On->Execute->Analyze->Trace Off.

use TCODE : ST22 to analyze the prob..

Look for the 'What happened?' and 'Error analysis' part of the short dump in particular, they are quite useful

All short dumps are stored and can be viewed using the transaction <b>ST22</b>

go there to see your previous short dumps

You can analyse the dump from the Tcode<b> ST22</b>

select that particular dump and analyse its LOG

and do correction accordingly

hi,

just read the details provided by the dump analysis.

u can use ST22 tcode for going through ur dump in details.

look out for the error statement in ur program with the help of this TCODE.

u will be in a position to find out the cause of runtime error.

HI ,

In the dump analysis..

check the Error Analysis and the INformation where Termination occured...

U will get good idea of the reason and try to correct that....
