short dump DBIF_REPO_SQL_ERROR

Hello Expert,

I am getting dump " DBIF_REPO_SQL_ERROR". in production

In ST22 it is showing

short text:    SQL error "-99999" occurred when accessing program

what happened:

    Error Text of the Database: "CLI0108E Communication link failure.

Could anybody suggest here.

Check with your DBA team. It is database issue.

Basis team have checked but not getting exact solution .Can you please suggest solutions.

I am saying DBA team not basis team.

Check with them. This is database issue not ABAP.
