Hi Raj,

1. You ahave to transfer SHDN recording to Either program or FM.

Now in program INCLUDE gets added and after executing which will ask you to choose methods SESSION or CALL TRANSACTION.

2. Choosing session method and giving name of session you can access it through SM35 and process/reprocess it.
