SET / GET Parameter not working after upgrade

Hi Forum,

We are upgrading From SRM 4.0 to SRM 7.0 , the problem is that after upgrade of Dev and QA the usual Set parameter / Get parameter dosen;t seems to be working.

SRM 7.0 for SAP_ABA we are on SP SAPKA70107 .

What could be the reason....what is the equivalent in this SP level ?
