Service consumer Proxy ICF error

Hi All,

I have created a service consumer proxy using a WSDL.

1. when I tested my web service I am getting this following error: ICF Error when creating HTTP client object by Config for URL "http://:80http://ws.web.fnc.fujitsu.com/services/mfgengddc/DDCWebS
2. Also when I ping the logical port from SOAMANAGER I am getting this error in ("ICF Error when creating HTTP client object by Config for URL "http://:80http://ws.web.fnc.fujitsu.com/services/mfgengddc/DDCWebServices.svc?singleWsdl": ARGUMENT NOT FOUND")

I have checked the following notes:

1. 2469949 - "ICF Error when creating HTTP client object by Config for URL" in Web Services ABAP

2. 2330887 - ICF nodes does not exist in SRT_ADMIN "Check Technical Settings"

Please let me know any sap notes i could use or any place I missed to look.
