server problem

Hello sap guru

Iam unable to start the IDES server. when i tried to copy the client000 to client800 unsuccessfully,since then, there is a problem of starting the server. when i tried to start the server the message is "Get process list failed 80004005 Unspecified error".

In process list:

Message server is running, but the Dispatcher is grey coloured. Status is stopped

can anyone help me to solve this problem.
