Normally a PO is only sent to standard email id which isspecified in the header. Is it possible to email the PO output to multiple email addresses or a distribution list

Hi gs7777,

I'm sure with a bit of searching you should be able to find a solution to this problem as email distribution is quite often discussed and the principles can be adapted to cater for most transactions (PO, Sales Order etc).

Please have a look at the thread below and see of you can adapt the approach to cater for your needs.
