I am creating purchase order and after cretating purchase order i have to send SMS to client mobile number.

Hi,

You have to purchase an SMS service from a service provider like smsjunction.com

After getting the service URL from them, you have to create an SMS node in SCOT transaction.

Then you have to paste the service URL in that SMS node.

Create a workflow for sending SMS while purchase order creation.
