Hi

check this [WIKI|http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/x/u_Y] for sending data in multiple sheets for excel.

and for sending email use function module 'SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_ATT_SEND_API1

You would find multiple wikis on it .
