Send IDOCs immediately

Hi,

I'm using serialization with IDOCs to send address data together with DEBMAS message. As I need to group several IDOCs i cannot select the option 'Send IDOC immediatelly' in WE20.

I don't have experience in IDOCs administration and I've generated the referred IDOCs but they have not been passed to port. They are with status 'yellow'.

Does anyone know how to guarantee that an IDOC is send immediately ? Is it necessary to have any background job ( running what program ) ? Or anyone have any idea of what can cause this situation and how to solve it ?

Hi,

You can check whether idoc is sened or/not through

Tcode WE05 ---> IDOC LIST.

If i understood correctly ..... Then u can use RSEOUT00 to process the group of idocs..

if you arenot using Send Data immediately in WE20, you need to run RSEOUT00 manually or in batch at desired frequency to pass IDOCs to post
