Hello,

I try to send an email and I get the following error:

-

Internal error: CL_SMTP_RESPONSE ESMTP error code is not known. 554 554 ERROR_MESSAGE_STATE: SMTP_LOGON_FAILED

Message no. XS829

Diagnosis

An error occurred in program CL_SMTP_RESPONSE

Error text: ESMTP error code is not known.

Additional information:

554 ERROR_MESSAGE_STATE: SMTP_LOGON_FAILED

System Response

Message processing terminated.

Could anybody help me, please?

Hello,

You probebley have a problem with the exchange server's definitions, not anything regarding your abap program.

In your program you have to use FM SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_ATT_SEND_API1.
