selecting multiple values in lsmw

how to create multiple values from flat file into a singlr row.

in hr module while creating educational qualification .there will be only one text box to enter the certificate ie qualification .but an employee may have multiple degrees.

like Bcom with CA mcom and MPhil like that .so how to treat this .can we add some more text fields .???/

how to upload the same things thru lsmw?
