Second Output Type Not Processed

Hi Experts!

I would like to ask your opinions as to what should be done in this scenario:

There are two output types used for 2 different partners. One (ZGRE) is for a Vendor and one (ZGRN) is for Elementum. Both are triggered/processed by two separate workflow activities. When creating an Inbound Delivery with one material only, both are processed successfully. But when more than one material is involved, only the first output type (ZGRE) is processed successfully with green indicator in the Status column while the second one (ZGRN) remains unprocessed and has a yellow indicator in the Status column of VL33N. But when checking the job, the status of the second one (ZGRN) is Finished as well.

Do you know where I could start checking? I'm not sure but I think this has something to do with the configuration of the output type and not in the FM of the basic type. I also want to debug it but I don't know where to put the breakpoint. I hope you can help me as I've never encountered this kind of issue before.

Thanks!

Check the program and routine assigned to the output type in NACE transaction. put your break point there.

Hi Angelika

You can also inside the delivery document, go to EXTRAS/delivery output/header (or item), get the output message and in the path menu again GO TO/ detemination analysis. Then it gives you the clues to be aware you need in customizing (in NACE as Dev suggests you before). I hope it helps you.
