Search help

Hi Friends,

How to get the Input Help / Search Help for a given condition. For example, I want to get the Input Help for the field KONZS = 'ABCD' from table LFA1. (The KONZS field is group key).

The list should display only the records where KONZS = 'ABCD'.

Kindly guide me.

IN YOUR SEARCH HELP YOU CAN SEE ONE LIST BOX IS THERE .

JUST TAKE DIALOG DEPENDS ON SET OF VALUES.

Hi Shiba,

There is a list box for Dialog Type with the following values.

A) Dialog depends on set of values.

C) Dialog with value restriction.

D) Display values immediately.

The default has been selected as (D)-Display values immediately.

Kindly let me know, between (A) & (C) which one to select.

On selecting the dialog type as (A)-Display depends on set of values, I am getting the following warning message.

"Dialog type A makes no sense for search help w/o selection popup window. Search help ZTDRCR was checked with warnings".

Kindly explain me what is this and how to correct the same.

I gave the value as 1 in the SPos field and it is working fine.
