Search help on parameters

How Can I create a report with 2 parameters where 2nd parameter has a search help appearing on the basis of input of 1st parameter. For eg: with help of table bkpf if in paramater 1 user enters a year then search help with 2nd parameters should have a list of all documentations of respective year.

The question sounds quite similar to How to fill the sales org based on selected company code. Values proposed for parameter #2 are depending on input for parameter #1.

That I checked. No output is displayed. The 2nd parameter is not accepting value even after selection from search help.
