I TRANSLATE MESSAGE TYPE VU TEXT NUMBER 13 NOW I WANT TO CREATE REQUEST ( TO MOVE TO SYSTEM QA )

Didn't the system prompt for Tr Req when you did the Translation?

hi,

Please follow below steps to handle the same:

1. Go to Transaction: SE10.

2. Create a new workbench request by using key F6.

3. Double on the newly created request

4. Add a new entry: R3TR,TABU,<table> for Program Id, Object Type and Object Name Respectively.

<table> being the table name for which the contents are to be transported.

5. Click on Function icon next to table name.

6. Click the contents from the icons in next screen.

7. Select entire table.

8. In next screen we can select required entries to be transported.

9. Come back and save.

10. Now release the request and transport to the required server.

- Press CREATE Icon

- Choose Workbench option

- Insert a description and press enter

- Goto Request/task->Change type->Repair

- Select your requets and press DISPLAY OBJECT LIST icon

- Press CHANGE icon

- Press NEW ENTRY

- Insert LIMU/MESS/VU13

Hi

The creation of a request for a translation depends on how the TRANSPORT RECORDING is setted.

U can see it by trx SE63 for rel. 4.6, else try to run fm LNGT_MAINTAIN by SE37.

Anyway you can try to create a request empty for repair: here insert a object like this:

PGMID - LIMU

OBJ - MESS

OBJECT NAME - VU13
