VBKD - Sales Document: Business Data

VBUK - Sales Document: Header Status and Administrative Data

VBUP - Sales Document: Item Status

VBUK - will have header status ,some times we need to find out like whether sales order is open or closed..

if you use VBUK,It will give status of header level

VBUP - This is item level status,suppose customer ordered one material with 5 pounds,we do not have sufficient stock,we deliveryed only 2 pounds.

in this case you want to know open order qty,if you use vbup ,it gives item level status.

VBKD - this related Business related data,like purchase order ,customer group,terms of payment.

suppose if you give customer discount on basis of customer group,these data will be saved under VBKD Table
