how to change a sales order for a particular given order.Plz tell the steps

Hi,

We use VA02 transaction to change sales order. What do you mean by "for a particular given order."?

Hi,

Goto Transaction code window and enter /nVA02.

Once you see VA02 initial screen, enter the Sales order no you want to change and press ENTER. Here you can either change Header or Item data. Follow the menu path. Make the desired changes and click on SAVE to save the changes.

Hi,

You can use this BAPI : BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE if you want to change it through ABAP.
