Hi,
REPORTS are used to know our daily transactions happend in the business. Where as Scripts are somethings which can be taken as a print out and can be get signed by the superiors.
simple example is, if you want to give an INVOICE to a customer, Scripts can do this. If you want to see the transactions happened between a customer and the company, then REPORTs can work in this.
thanks & regards

Hi,
The basic difference between reports and scripts is that, reports are used to perform operations connected to the master data or orders etc., They are responsible for the background calculations of various data and their utilisation.
In case of SAP scripts, they are dependent on print programs and are purely used for display/printing purpose.
In general, the output of the SAP scripts summarizes/displays the various transactions done for a particular material in a company/plant.
Reward points if helpful.
Thanks,
