Hi Srinu,

Go to transaction SE71.Enter your form name - > display. Go to menu bar.

Form - > check- > texts.

Check all the four items.

Press enter it will give you the print program and description of the form name.

Use Table TNAPR, Or U can check it using TCode NACE provided u shoul now tha Application & output type.
