scribbled characters in ALV header

Hi, All

On execution of a transaction, the output comes in ALV format,

but in the header part of the ALV, instead of getting the correct output I am getting some scribbled characters.

Please suggest what should I do in this case.

Hi Everyone,

I am using ALV Grid fro my output. One the fields (LFA1-NAME1) is using THAI characters. In the output internal table, the thai characters are alright, but in the ALV dispaly, it is shown as garbage.

I tried writing directly, and the Thai characters are displayed correctly. It is only in ALV that it is not shown correctly. Please advise.

Are the headings in a non-English language.

Which language are you logging into SAP?

If you are using text elements for the ALV headings and logging in a different language than the one in which those text elements are written, then you should maintain their translations.

Actually, what happens is , with some of the transactions it shows the garbage value in the ALV header, and some of the transactions shows "Action Cancelled" or "Page cannot be displayed" in the ALV header.
