screen transport error

Hi friends

screen object already transported to QA1 by some othe user and i have changed one of the screen field properties and trying to transport my changes to QA.

i am getting below transport error .

hi Ramesh,

Whenever you change any table ... do this ...Utilities -> Database Utility-> Press Button Activate and adjust data base ... which you can do it via SE74 transaction also ..

for which table i need to do.

i have not changed any table fields.,just i changed screen field properties,

thanks for your reply,, but i have not changed any table structure..

i feel we need to do adjust & activate once we change the table structure.in my case i have not changed table structure,, just i changed D02T tables entry.

when i change the screen field data type the table value will be changed not structure if i am not wrong.

so i am thinking adjust&actiate tables how can it help me to solve the transport error.

These are standard SAP tables (D020T = Screen Short Description & D021T = Screen Key Word Texts) and you are running standard SAP code in the transport system (I hope!) so your first step should be to check OSS / SAPNet for any messages that describe the symptoms you are having.

Hi Ramesh,

It seems u tried creating some thing duplicate. Check these tables in se11/se12. Is ur screen active in development system? Check the table contents of these tables in development system and quality system for ur program and try to figureout if there are is any thing that can be suspected. If every thing is fine then retransport the TR with the help of BASIS team. also let me know what is the exact change u made to the screen.
