Scheduling with SCMA

Hi,

Does anyone know how to set up Schedule Manager (SCMA) to do the following:

*Schedule mass activities such as IS-U Billing and Invoicing jobs;

*Build rules on how to deal with errors

*Raise an alert when the actual runtime of a job deviates from the expected time.

And; since mass activities transactions often spawn other jobs, I am also not sure if SCMA will be able to determine what the last completed spawned job is which is required to trigger another job (which could be a predecessor job to trigger a job called ‘invoicing’). Can SCMA do this?

Can anyone please offer any advice?
