Hi Sandeep Ram,

You can schedule your program to run weekly, as per your requirement whenever you go for a session method , in SM35 when you process your session it asks for processing in background or foreground and also it asks for the time to process.

Other than this you can schedule a particular job as per your requirement, using SM36 for scheduling background jobs and SM37 to view the background jobs.

Log into SM36 Transaction

Create some JOB

Press Start condition on the Menu

Press Date & Time

Press Period Values Below

press weekly

that's all.

By using transaction SM36 you can create a background job. Add your SE38 program as jobstep and use the Start condition to define the weekly run.
