Schedule Once option with API

I was using schedule once option with API to schedule a webi report. And I passed current date/time for startdate & enddate was some random date in future .

SAP BO server is set up on UK locale machine.

Before DST the schedule was executing at the scheduled time, but after DST it's running after 1 hour.

Is this a known issue / what is the fox for the same.
