Hi,

I have an issue related to Business Workplace (SBWP).

The user(Approver) checks for the inbox. Finds one mail sent by a Workflow. Its an expense to be approved by the user.

The user selects(double clicks) the entry respective present in the right side window. But the next page where he is supposed to approve the Request is not visible to him. FYI... This page contains push buttons like Approve, Reject, Cancel, etc.

Please suggest any reason behind this issue.

we are also same problem. I want to know whether it got resolved or not and wht is the solution for it to overcome?

hi,

What all you see (the Three Buttons ) are the buttons of a work item.

Work Flows Like that from the Workflow to SBWP.

What you can do is to Attach the Message with the WorkItem when it is Generated from the Workflow.

hiii

in your workflow from above tab go to 2nd tab that is DETAILS

in that Work item response block is there from there uncheck checkbox Advance with dialog..i hope it solves your problem.
