SBWP issue

Hi

Wnen my user opens SBWP and click on the Documents folder under Inbox ,to view a document ,the system kicks her out of SBWP.

It only happens when she tries to open the Documents folder .All other folders works correctly.

Any ideas?

There are many fm's and methods part of this action. To find the cause of the issue I would suggest to debug the code when double-clicking on the document folder. If the user has no debuggig authority, then you should contact your authority team for a temporarily given authority during issue solution process.
