SBWP configuration error

Hello,

Can someone please help...

We have a user who says, he is not able to see the failure notification in the SWBP. He says, earlier whenever he used to send a fax, he used to get a notification of the success or failure of the message in his inbox. But now he is not able to get that. instead he is seeing the failure message in the outbox.

Can someone please help me out if there are any configurations that have to be changed.
