how to convert sapscript layout in our own language ie english

with out using de language we can convert into our own language and without using client 000 if we have a client 600 we can convert into our own script layout ie english

Go to Se71 -> Select Sap script -> Go to Administrative Data -> In Language attributes -> Select "to Individual Languages".
