Sapscript - error when printing - PCL XL error

Friends,

We have a sapscript that print an image in its top. It's giving me the following error: PCL XL error.

It's printing only this information:

PCL XL error

Subsystem: IMAGE

Error: Internalerror 0x1e

Operator: BeginImage

Position: 450

The extrange thing is that this report has a lot of lines to be printed and only prints this error message.

The second thing is that it only prints in Citrix and not print on sap gui.

Friends, we had updated the HP printer driver (the last one driver) and now the document is printed fine!
