Sapscript and Smartforms - Preview

I bought a notebook with windows vista. I installed the sapgui version 6.40 patch 23. When I try to visualize a smartform or a sapscript i get the the result as "list" and not the correct preview (white paper with the layout).

Does anybody knows what I have to do?

Hi wander,

Dont have an exact idea of ur problem but it might be GUI problem so try to install the GUI version once again and check it.

i have already uninstalled and installed it again but the problem persist.

In my old notebook (with windows xp and the same version of sapgui) it worked.

I think maybe is a problem with sapgui X windows vista but I don't know that to do...

as found on SDN the vista supports SAP GUI 7.1. few other problems are also reported when lower GUI versions were used.

Kindly install the latest version and check.
