I'm having trouble connecting to a client's saprouter.
The client have a Netscaler in place and our traffic is routed via this.
The error in dev_rout on the client's side contains:

where 143.81.1.131 is the IP of the netscaler.
Any pointers on what is wrong?
Is the problem in the saprouttab?
